1. Acceptance of equipment
The acceptance of equipment is divided into two stages, namely: inventory acceptance and final acceptance. The method of acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the technical agreement reached by both parties.
1) Inventory and acceptance
⑴ When the equipment arrives at the place of delivery, the supplier and the buyer will immediately organize the acceptance personnel of both parties to continuously check and accept the contract equipment according to the contract equipment supply list and equipment packing list until the inventory is completed.
⑵ If the counted number is inconsistent with the contract equipment supply list and equipment packing list or the contract equipment is damaged, the supplier shall make up or replace it within the time agreed by both parties, and all costs incurred shall be borne by the supplier.
⑶ After the two parties confirm that the contract equipment has passed the inspection and acceptance, the two parties will jointly sign the "Inventory and Acceptance Report".
2) Installation, adjustment, test and acceptanceThe supplier is responsible for completing the installation and commissioning of the equipment on the demand side for free. For installation at the buyer’s site, the buyer should prepare in advance the infrastructure such as gas, electricity, and grounding protection, and notify the supplier by fax. If there is any problem, communicate in advance to ensure a smooth installation.
The company is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the measuring machine. All packaging boxes can only be opened under the supervision and approval of the engineer. According to needs, users need to provide internal disassembly, transportation and in-place support. The final acceptance will be carried out according to Yixin Enterprise Standard Q/YX 04-2004.
After the commissioning is completed, the equipment shall be checked and accepted, and the acceptance of the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the technical agreement reached by the two parties. Various technical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with the contents of the "Technical Agreement" signed by both parties. After the acceptance is completed, both parties shall jointly confirm, and the representatives of both parties shall sign the "Installation and Commissioning Test Acceptance Report".
6. personnel training
This course aims to provide basic training on equipment introduction and measurement common sense for operators of measuring machine systems. Participants in the training generally require basic knowledge of measurement and computer knowledge. The training time is generally 2-3 days, with 2 participants. The training location is at the company training center or user site.
Personnel training is carried out at the same time as the equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance and handover. The number of personnel participating in the training is determined by the demander.
7. quality assurance and after-sales service1. Since the equipment installation and commissioning is completed, the two parties sign the "Installation and Commissioning Test Acceptance Report" as the beginning of the equipment quality assurance period. The supplier guarantees the equipment for 12 months and implements lifetime maintenance services for the equipment. The relevant expenses during the equipment warranty period shall be borne by the supplier, and the relevant expenses outside the equipment warranty period shall be borne by the supplier only for materials and travel expenses. After the warranty period expires, the supplier will provide long-term technical support and spare parts supply to the buyer.
2. The imported components are guaranteed to be brand new imported products with original original packaging, and all domestic components adopt high-quality standard components produced by designated national manufacturers.
3. After the equipment is put into normal operation, the supplier will still provide all necessary technical consultation, technical services and technical training for the demander at any time.
4. During the use of the equipment, if there is a problem that the buyer cannot solve by itself, the supplier will reply and propose a solution within 2 hours upon receiving the request from the buyer. If the problem still cannot be solved, the supplier guarantees that it will be in 2 Send someone to the buyer's site within working days.
5. Six months after the equipment has been put into normal operation, the supplier shall send personnel for the first return visit to the buyer to check the operating status of the equipment and discuss the technical issues in the use of the equipment with the buyer.
8. packaging and transportation1. Use good wooden box packaging and road transportation to ensure good equipment. The packaging and transportation process issues shall be borne by the supplier.
2. After the goods arrive at the buyer, the supplier’s personnel will arrive at the buyer’s site for unpacking, inspection and installation within 3 working days.
