Installation acceptance:On-site installation, commissioning and acceptance are finally implemented in accordance with the "National Metrology Technical Specification of the People's Republic of China JJF1064-2000 Coordinate Measuring Machine Calibration Specification".
Training:Two persons and three days of operation training are provided for the buyer in the seller’s company for free. Or go to the buyer's site for three days of personnel operation training.
Warranty period:The measuring machine will be guaranteed for 12 months free of charge after the buyer’s acceptance test and acceptance, but no more than 14 months of the delivery date.
3. Technical and functional description
1. Host Features
- The main unit includes the main unit of the coordinate measuring machine, the machine support, the imported precision air filter, and the original imported length measuring system.
- The gantry movable structure and the integral worktable have the characteristics of strong load-bearing capacity, wide workpiece placement space, and convenient loading and unloading;
- The three-axis guide rails are made of high-quality granite materials, so that the three-axis have the same temperature characteristics, so it has good temperature stability, resistance to aging deformation, good rigidity, and minimal geometric deformation;
- The application of the non-linear spring system reduces the influence of the small error of the guide rail on the measurement accuracy, and at the same time ensures that the equipment has a higher environmental temperature adaptability and the machine has a good accuracy and stability.
- The beam adopts a unique guide rail structure, and the triangle is the shape with the largest section perimeter in the same area. The triangular guide rail ensures the maximum guide air bearing span under the condition of minimum inertia, which greatly improves the anti-rotation accuracy of the guide rail.
